Ordering Details

Delivery Policy

For the Stirling Florist to process your order, we will need to obtain the following information - your full name, address, telephone number and email address, the recipients name, address and telephone number, and your payment details.
Orders will only be delivered after full payment has been received.

It is your responsibility to enter the recipients correct delivery details at the time of ordering, as if the delivery details are incorrect or incomplete Flowers to Please and Stirling Florist will not refund your money, and should you wish to resend the flower order again, it will be at your full expense.

The Stirling Florist normal delivery hours are from 9am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am to 2pm Saturday. We do not do Deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays (unless its Mothers Day or Valentines Day).  Deliveries will be made anytime during these hours, however if you wish to have a AM/PM delivery window, or request a certain time we will endeavour to do your request, however cannot promise this, and may charge you an additional Express Fee, but would always contact you if this needs to be done.

For Same Day delivery Monday to Friday, orders within a 10km radius need to be placed by 3pm, and orders outside a 10km radius need to be placed by 12noon.

For Saturday deliveries, we do require orders to be received by 11am on the Saturday to be guaranteed delivery on the Saturday.

Specific delivery times are not guaranteed. We will endeavour to fulfil your request, but cannot guarantee it. If your order date falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday we will deliver your order the next working day.

If the Recipient is �Not at Home� at the time the delivery takes place, the Courier will endeavour to leave the order at the address in a suitable place, out of the weather, and not in the reach of any animals. The courier will then leave a calling card in the letterbox or at the front door advising the recipient of where the delivery has been left. If the driver feels it is not safe to leave the delivery they will return the delivery to the Shop and we will await a telephone call from the Recipient or telephone to advise you.

We do offer flowers for delivery outside of Adelaide. If you wish to place an order for delivery of an item outside of Adelaide, please call us on (08) 8370 9220 and we will gladly assist you, interstate or overseas, through Interflora.

Pricing Policy

Prices of the Stirling Florist Goods and Services and Delivery and other charges shown on the www.stirlingflowers.com.au website are current at the time of display, however can be subject to variation without any notice. The Stirling Florist will always endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST and all prices shown are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Substitution Policy

Please be aware that the availability of flowers, containers, plants and products, and colours can vary throughout the year.
We will always try to fulfil your preferences, however if for some reason we cannot, another suitable flower variety/colour, container, plant, or product will be used and produced to the same value.

All Gourmet Basket/ Hamper products are subject to availability on the day.

Quality Assurance

The Stirling Florist only uses the best quality flowers/produce and guarantees freshness. After the order has been delivered, a number of environmental changes in the conditions could cause the flower life span to be reduced.

It is a general rule of thumb that flowers should last between 3-7 days. It is suggested that you ensure your flowers get water and are not exposed to elements such as heat in order to prolong their lifespan. Please keep any flowers you are not happy with as we may need to have them returned to the shop to assess any problems.

Any refunds for online or over the phone orders are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where an order may need to be cancelled. We will refund an order amount less a $20 administration fee, if we are advised via telephone to 83709220 before the delivery date. If however you are only able to advise on the delivery date, we will only refund an order amount less a $20 administration fee if the order has not been produced at the time we receive your telephone call.
